How long does my order take to ship?

All orders, except for custom collaborations, will have a processing time of no more than 5 days.

Custom collaborations may take up to 14 days to finalize product list, ingredients, create batch and package.

Shipping within Ohio will be sent via USPS or UPS and may arrive in 1-5 business days within Ohio. Outside of Ohio may take 5-7 business days.

A flat shipping fee will be charged on all orders initially. Once actual shipping cost has been calculated, a refund will be issued for the difference.

What is your return policy? 

Non-Returnable - Please note due to hygiene and contamination reasons, products purchased are ineligible for return. If you have received damaged product, please contact us directly for replacement/refund.

Can I pick up my order?

Pickup at 2030 Plumb Lane, Batavia, OH, is available. A pickup day and time will be scheduled through email.
